Thankfully ebay has a money back guarantee.  But apparently sellers dont exactly know what that means.  It means no matter what a buyer can get their money back.  I attempted to purchase an ac but didn’t find out till afterwards it was a local pickup only.  But what I dont get is why the refund process takes so damn long.
