Certain members of my family have it in their heads that over the 10 years I liveed with my grandmother I did absolutely nothing for her… I was the only person there 24/7 and available ANYTIME she needed me whether it was to write checks for her, pick her up after falling, grab something off a shelf she couldn’t reach, driver her to her doctors appointents when she couldn’t drive herself etc. And once I brought that up, it was funny as hell the family member I was trying to talk to decided to promptly end the discussion immediately after I said that and just basically said lets agree to disagree. She doesn’t realie that if sher wasn’t there how the hell would she have known what I was doing for my graandmother, and she was never around except for 1 time every few months… But yeah ok I did nothig for her, whatever you say. How arrogant and how low can a person stoop? Common sense and deductive reasoning tells you that if nobody else is there except for me, and she couldn’t do it herself, who would she have to turn to?
